Can I send my luggage first?
We recommend using Takkyubin for packing pursuit on inquiries to the front desk.
My daughter wants to go to high tea, but I can not eat anything sweet because of stomach illness. Can only ask for afternoon tea for one person, then can I order a single item?
If it is a lounge It will respond to the order as it is. From lobby lounge The sky lounge is better It is recommended.
Can you provide Iron table and Iron in the room?

You will need to call or visit online. Rates change often. This is a very nice hotel and you will not be disappointed.
